A clinical and statistical observation was made on 383 low birth weight infants, delivered at Soon Chun Hyang hospital from Jan. 1st 1975 to May 31st 1980. The results were as follows: 1)Incidence of low birth weight infants was 5. 3% without sexual predominence, of which twin births were 13.3%, prematures were 78.3%, SGA were 26%.
